General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for BB Party Box GmbH

 

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop of BB PartyBox GmbH in Switzerland.

 

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with BB PartyBox GmbH, 8832 Wilen near Wollerau, Switzerland.

 

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit your order.

 

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs. These will be clearly communicated to you before completing your order.

 

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within Switzerland (Canton Schwyz and Zurich). Delivery time is typically 3-5 business days. Should we be unable to deliver an ordered product, we will notify you immediately and refund any payments already received.

 

6. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice, you agree to pay the invoice amount within 3 days of receiving the goods.

 

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

 

8. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 minutes of placing your order without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BB PartyBox GmbH, 8832 Wilen bei Wollerau, email: office@bb-partybox.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

 

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

 

10. Allergies and special dietary requirements

Customers are required to inform BB PartyBox GmbH of any food allergies or special dietary requirements when placing their order. BB PartyBox assumes no liability for damages resulting from failure to provide such information.

 

11. Data protection

The data required for business transactions will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the contract.

 

12. Final provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.

 

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of BB PartyBox GmbH in Switzerland.
